Our on-site resources are typically: Project managers Technical consultants Business analysts Test Engineers

Our consultants can work side by side with you to ensure that business requirements are understood and project status is closely managed. The consultants will typically be Project and Program Managers, Business Analysts, and Technical Architects, but can be other members of the team, depending on the needs of the individual project.

These activities can be performed by full-time on-site consultants or through visits from near-shore resources. We will keep in close contact with you as to the amount of on-site presence that is needed to keep the project running smoothly.
