In 1995 investment bankers Steve Bramwell and Mark Williams founded Strategic Systems Solutions.
They had identified an IT skills shortage in global financial centers, such as London and New York. This scarcity resulted in high technology costs for major corporations.
Their solution was to form a technology company based in geographically cost-effective areas rich in IT skills.
With the experience gained working with major international clients we were ideally placed to extend our services to offer Business Process Outsourcing, and in 2002 we created our BPO practice. We now operate as a number of practices providing solutions across all business areas.
We have continued to respond to market demands and now provide on-site, near-shore and far-shore resources working out of our regional offices. We have evolved from a UK-based firm to a company that is truly global.

Strategic Systems Solutions Holding Group is a private limited company incorporated in the UK, under a holding group structure. Our operations in the US and China are separate legal entities, to comply with Federal and state requirements, but are managed as one logical unit through the Board of Executive Directors.
